The story of 93° — what the name means, how the bistro came to be on this particular corner, the bench in the kitchen — is being newly typeset for the season. It will land when there is something honest to say about it.

Until then, the shop runs on as ever. Italian café, espresso bar, kitchen — open seven days a week, on the corner of Regents Park Road and Holden Road since 2017. The best way to know the place is still to walk in.
