Terms of use

Last updated: 10 May 2026

These terms apply when you use our website, our free in-shop Wi-Fi, or our newsletter. By using any of those, you're agreeing to them. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@93degreescoffee.com and we'll explain.

Who we are

We are 93 Degrees, a coffee shop and bistro at 213 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LD.

Using the website

The website and its content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Linking to us is welcome. Reproducing our writing, photography, or branding elsewhere isn't — please ask first.

Using the Wi-Fi

We offer free Wi-Fi to customers as a courtesy. Sensible rules apply:

  • no illegal activity (downloading copyrighted material, accessing prohibited content, or anything else against UK law)
  • no harassment, threats, or abuse of other people
  • no sending bulk unsolicited email or other spam
  • nothing that would disrupt the connection for other customers (very-high-bandwidth use, port scanning, attacks on third parties)

We may suspend or block any device or account that doesn't follow these rules. The Wi-Fi is provided as-is — we can't promise it'll always be available, or fast, or work for everything you want to do with it.

Your account

If you set up an account with us, please keep your password to yourself and let us know promptly if you think someone else has it. You're responsible for things done through your account.

The newsletter

We send the newsletter to people who have opted in and confirmed their email. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer — one click and you're off the list, takes effect immediately.

What you submit

Anything you send us — feedback, photographs, suggestions — stays yours. By sending it, you give us permission to use it in the running of the shop and our communications, with attribution where appropriate. If we want to use something specific (a customer photograph in the newsletter, say), we'll ask first.

What we own

The 93 Degrees name, the wordmark, the photography on the website, and the writing of the newsletter belong to us. They're protected by copyright and trade mark. Please don't reproduce them without permission.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep the website and the Wi-Fi running and accurate, but we provide them on an as-is basis and can't promise they'll always work, be free of errors, or be suitable for any particular purpose.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited under English law. Subject to that, our liability for any other loss arising from your use of the website, Wi-Fi, or newsletter is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months — which, given these are free services, will usually be nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. If something material changes, we'll flag it wherever you sign up or sign in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be heard by the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
